This Privacy Policy explains how Silly Smart Games ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit sillysmartgames.com and play the games hosted here (the "Site"). We keep this simple because the Site is simple: you don't create an account, and you don't give us personal details to play.

1. Information we collect

Game progress (stored on your device). Your scores, saves and settings are stored locally in your browser (via localStorage). This stays on your device — it is not transmitted to us — and you can clear it any time through your browser settings.
Usage & analytics data. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand which games are played and how the Site performs. This may include your approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, pages visited, and referring links. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
Advertising data. We show ads to keep the games free. Our advertising partners (see below) may collect information via cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.

We do not ask for or store your name, email, address or payment details in order to play the games.

The Site is intended for a general audience. 7. Data retention & security

Game saves live on your device until you clear them. Aggregated analytics and advertising data are retained by the relevant service providers according to their own policies. We take reasonable measures to keep the Site secure, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
